Terms of Service
Here you will find the terms of service for my commissions. Please be sure to thoroughly read through these before commissioning me. If you have any questions regarding these terms or my commissions, don't be afraid to contact me, and I'll do my very best to answer you!By purchasing artwork from me, you automatically agree to my Terms of Service. Please remember that I can refuse a commission if it does not comply to any of the following terms. I may alter these terms at any time.
What I WILL Draw:
Humans/humanoids
Any animal species
Fantasy animals/mythological creatures
Anthros/furries
Any amount of gore (may cost extra depending on complexity)
Any machinery/mecha (may cost extra depending on complexity)
What I will NOT Draw:
Anything NSFW
Anything that may depict racism, homophobia, etc.
NFTs or art that is to be used for AI
Cultural appropriation
Payment and Process
To start, I will want to know and have the following:- A reference/image of your character(s)
- What you want your character(s) to be doing and/or where they will be.
- What expressions or moods you want your character(s) to display.
- Any other information that you and I may deem necessary for the commission.After I get an idea of what the commission will be like, I will create a simple concept sketch. Once we agree and settle on a definitive idea based on the concept I created, I will ask for the full payment before beginning the final artwork. Payment will be made through PayPal in USD.I will most likely complete your commission within one to two weeks, but depending on my current circumstances, life, other commissions, etc., it may take longer. By default, I will send WIPs of the sketch, lineart, color, and shading stages. However, you may ask to receive more WIPs if preferred, as long as it is not too often (i.e. multiple times a day).
Refunds
Depending on how much of your commission I have started, I may only give partial refunds. The same goes for if I am unable to continue working on your commission once I have already started. If you are unhappy with the end result of your commission, I will offer to redo it with a few changes. If you want several or much bigger alterations, you will need to pay an extra fee.
Prices
Note about simple vs. dynamic shading:
Simple: My simple shading style consists of the use of only one or two light sources that are directly in front of the character.
Dynamic: My dynamic shading style consists of several different light sources from any direction, and edges and farther aspects of a character will be blurred. This style could even be used to emphasize certain aspects of a character, such as one side of their face. This is the style that I enjoy the most and have the most experience with. Feel free to ask me for examples of each style if you want to learn more!
