Terms of Service

Here you will find the terms of service for my commissions. Please be sure to thoroughly read through these before commissioning me. If you have any questions regarding these terms or my commissions, don't be afraid to contact me, and I'll do my very best to answer you!By purchasing artwork from me, you automatically agree to my Terms of Service. Please remember that I can refuse a commission if it does not comply to any of the following terms. I may alter these terms at any time.

Slots

My slots will be filled via a first-come first-serve basis. The amount of slots that I have open at once will vary depending on my life circumstances, time, and availability. In the cases where the amount of people interested in my commissions exceeds my current available slots, I will allow pre-claims for when I open up more slots.

Payment and Process

To start, I will want to know and have the following:- A reference/image of your character(s)
- What you want your character(s) to be doing and/or where they will be.
- What expressions or moods you want your character(s) to display.
- Any other information that you and I may deem necessary for the commission.After I get an idea of what the commission will be like, I will create a simple concept sketch. Once we agree and settle on a definitive idea based on the concept I created, I will ask for the full payment before beginning the final artwork. Payment will be made through PayPal in USD. I will accept vouchers (another person paying for your commission) if need be, as long as it is communicated clearly and as soon as possible.I will most likely complete your commission within one to two weeks, but depending on my current circumstances, life, other commissions, etc., it may take longer. By default, I will send WIPs of the sketch, lineart, color, and shading stages. However, you may ask to receive more WIPs if preferred, as long as it is not too often (i.e. multiple times a day).Note: when I send WIPs, I will send screenshots of the artwork instead of the actual file. Discord tends to butcher the quality of any screenshots that I share, so if you're experiencing lower-quality images throughout the process, that can be expected. Rest assured, the final result will be sent as the actual image file and will show up as full quality. If you would like a clearer image of a certain WIP, let me know!

Refunds

Depending on how much of your commission I have started, I may only give partial refunds. The same goes for if I am unable to continue working on your commission once I have already started. If you are unhappy with the end result of your commission, I will offer to redo it with a few changes. If you want several or much bigger alterations, you will need to pay an extra fee.Communication is key, and I will try my best to retain good communication with you throughout the commission process to eliminate any chance of hiccups, misunderstandings, or mistakes in my artwork the first time, every time. Please do not be afraid to ask questions and request changes throughout the process as well to help me in this goal.

Use

When commissioning me, you agree to allow me to share the artwork, use it for personal promotion, portfolios, and as a possible example piece in my prices list. If you do not want me to use it for any of these purposes, please let me know.My commissioned work is created solely for personal use. If for commercial use, an additional fee will be included in the price. In rare cases where my artwork may be used on sold products (WITH CONSENT), I will ask for a portion of the earned revenue.
